2020 “Dare to Share” Women’s Retreat
This coming weekend, January 31- February 2nd we are excited to offer you the opportunity to recharge, connect and grow closer to our Savior, with spectacular speakers, uplifting music, exceptional food and wonderful fellowship. Our goal is to inspire women to use their talents and spiritual gifts for the glory of God in their homes, churches and communities. We challenge thousands of women from all walks of life to join us as we allow God to work in a very real way.
The Annual Women’s Retreat brings together over a thousand women, of all ages from a multitude of churches throughout Florida. It is a critical part of the Women’s Ministry Department that brings women together to worship and connect in a way that is not possible in the daily grind of life. The Department’s mission is to uplift the crucified and risen Savior by empowering women to use their God given gifts and talents for His glory in their homes, churches and their communities.
With speakers like Lola Moore Johnston, who currently serves as the Young Adult Ministries Director for the South Central Conference in Nashville, TN; Jennifer Hernandez, Julie MacLafferty, Lloyd Allen, Monique Gloves-Alves and many other inspirational men and women of God, we hope to challenge and speak to the hearts of women in a way that moves them to their knees and leave them with a renewed desire to be bold and Dare to Share their Savior with those around them.
As Dr. Annie Perez, Director of Women’s Ministries at the Florida Conference says, “Women of all ages are gathering to experience something greater than themselves. Come and learn to embrace the gift of Jesus and experience how to SHARE Jesus in your home, your community and your church. Join us as we embrace the gift of Jesus today and implement simple ways to share him tomorrow.”
“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age’” Matthew 28:18-20.
